What Today’s Homebuyers Are Really Looking For

The real estate market is changing, and so are the needs of today’s buyers. A recent survey by Vitality revealed some valuable insights that highlight both opportunities and challenges for realtors and lenders alike.

Gen Z Needs Guidance

Younger buyers are eager to enter the market, but 63% say they don’t feel informed about the process. They’re looking for education, clarity, and trusted professionals who can help them make confident decisions.

Trust Matters

Only one in three buyers said they would use the same lender again. That shows just how important it is to build real relationships, not just complete a transaction. Buyers want someone who listens, supports, and advocates for them throughout the journey.

Tech Isn’t Enough

Technology is a huge help in making the buying process more efficient, but 71% of buyers said they still want a real human connection to go along with the tools. They want to know there’s someone they can count on when questions arise.

Whether you’re a realtor guiding clients or a buyer ready to take the next step, my role is to be more than just your lender. I’ll work with you every step of the way, providing clear communication, education, and personalized solutions. My goal is to make sure every decision is an informed one—and to help create an experience that feels smooth, supported, and stress-free.
